This film review for the movie Predator will go into how this film is a perfect example of what an action film should be. Though the film is relatively old now, the use of mostly practical effects keeps it up. There is no scene that seems too out of place in the film. Therefore the action scenes feel a lot more authentic. While we may have well done CGI nowadays, practical effects keep this movie from aging. Thus, I believe that this film will always be a shining example of a good action film.

To begin with, the film starts with commandos entering the jungle to rescue a hostage. Almost immediately we see that these men are hunters hunting prey essentially. Soon enough however, they become the prey and something else is the predator. Now that the titular character has been established, we see their fights to the death on screen. However, in the end it takes ingenuity in order to kill it.

In Conclusion for this Film Review for the Movie Predator

Finally, after all of the dust has settled we end up with an action film that has us watching intently. Though there are many films that do that, this one remains eerie all the way through. Just as the characters don’t know where the Predator is, neither do we. Following the release of this film, I haven’t seen many films that keep up the same type of action. Most of the time it just usually seems over the top. Hopefully, you will watch it if you haven’t already.
